PROBLEM: Create a tiered customer system for Sass & Belle’s wholesale customers, to foster brand loyalty and encourage spending.
SOLUTION: Collaborating with marketing and eCommerce, I led the creation of branded designs for our new loyalty scheme, the Treasured Members’ Club. This innovative concept aimed to enhance customer value and loyalty through a visually creative exploration of the treasure motif. I crafted engaging designs tailored to both our small independent and larger business customers. Going further, I developed personalised direct-mail PR boxes for each tier of our customer groups, ensuring a unique and resonant experience. Simultaneously, I established the club’s exclusive brand guidelines for unified communications within the company. These designs seamlessly translated across print and digital platforms, including social media, and extended to interactive website landing pages, providing a consistent and captivating experience for each customer segment exploring the Treasured Members’ Club.
